Maple Bourbon is one of our barrel-aged ciders, available in March and April during the maple syrup season.

Crafted using traditional methods of barrel aging with a modern twist; this is an off-dry cider at 8% abv. The combination of fresh maple syrup from Hidden Maples, and real bourbon aged in American oak barrels creates a unique silky mouth feel with a smokey oak finish.
