Sweet Maple Heat - A true collaboration between our cider maker and chef. 

We began testing the recipe by adding maple syrup to a batch of hard apple cider but quickly realized that the amount required to achieve the desired maple flavour would result in excessive sweetness. Our cider maker then consulted with our chef, who suggested the heat. Adding habanero peppers to the recipe opens our taste buds to receive the flavour without all the sweetness!

This hard cider is crafted using local maple syrup from Hidden Maples. Available during maple sugar season.
